Auburn Free Tai Chi

A Session consist of both Tai Chi exercises (qigong) and T’ai Chi kata (White Dragon Short Form). Sessions last for 60 minutes.

Beginners are welcome to join at any time, there is not a special “beginner” class; you will “do T’ai Chi” in your first session and learn something in each subsequent session for years to come.

Schedule / Locations

Auburn Free T’ai Chi of Auburn California practice on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings from 8:00 to 9:00 AM. Rain or shine.

Dress

Dress for the weather. Comfortable fit that allows free movement of the arms and legs.

Indoor sessions are practiced in socks or bare footed. Raised heal shoes are discouraged.

Please leave your cell phone in the car or powered off. If each person in the class only received one call a year during class then most every class would be disturbs by someone thoughtlessness. Be mindful, that is T’ai Chi.

Cost

We call our group Auburn Free T’ai Chi because there is not cost to the participants.

The sessions held at the Auburn Senior Center have a fee imposed by the Center. The first class is complimentary.
