About Shanti Center

Shanti Center was founded in San Jose California at the turn of the century before we moved to Auburn in 2006. The Jujitsu, yoga and massage therapy offered in San Jose was discontinued after the move.

In the fall of 2020 Jaya began practicing with the Auburn Free T’ai Chi group at the Auburn Public Library. Later a weekly Qigong class was added at the Auburn Senior Center.

This website was created so that information of interest to the T’ai Chi participants could be organized and shared. (Jaya takes full responsibility for the content and errors.)
