Sessions generally last for 60 minutes. A Session consist of both exercises (qigong) and T’ai Chi (White Dragon Short Form). Beginners are welcome to join at any time, there is not a special “beginner” class; you will “do T’ai Chi” in your first session and learn something in each subsequent session for years to come.
Auburn Free T’ai Chi of Auburn California practice on Tuesday and Thursday morning in the Auburn Library Meeting Room at 8:00 AM. Sessions are one hour.
The Auburn Free T’ai Chi of also practices outside on Friday morning, rain or shine (in the covered picnic area), in Railhead Park in front of the pond. Session run from 8:00 to 9:00 AM.
