The&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.auburnhouseconcerts.org\/shanti\/2020\/07\/the-standard-qigong-rules\/\">standard rules<\/a>&nbsp;apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Exhale interlace finger in front of groin, arms straight.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inhale palms up to <strong>chest<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhale palms push straight out <strong>in front<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inhale palms pull into <strong>chest<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhale push palms <strong>to ground<\/strong>, bending forward.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inhale pull palms up to chest and continue pushing palms <strong>to the sky<\/strong>, up on toes as appropriate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Release fingers separating arms and exhale <strong>arms down<\/strong> to the sides.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stand for a moment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Repeat the cycle several times, each step once per cycle. Useful as a quick warm-up when you need to get the Qi flowing but not necessarily going to meditate.
