Sessions last for 60 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beginners are welcome to join at any time, there is not a special \u201cbeginner\u201d class; you will \u201cdo T\u2019ai Chi\u201d in your first session and learn something in each subsequent session for years to come.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Schedule \/ Locations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Auburn Free T\u2019ai Chi<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;of Auburn California practice on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings from 8:00 to 9:00 AM. Rain or shine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-info\"><strong>Tuesday December 30, 2025;<\/strong> Tai Chi class will be held at Railhead Park (McAuley Meadows has a special event scheduled.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tuesday 8:00 AM at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.auburnhouseconcerts.org\/shanti\/mcauley-meadows-apartments-tai-chi\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"10\">McAuley Meadows (apartments)<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thursday 8:00 AM at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.auburnhouseconcerts.org\/shanti\/railhead-park-tai-chi\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"10\">Railhead Park (picnic area)<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Friday 8:00 AM at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.auburnhouseconcerts.org\/shanti\/railhead-park-tai-chi\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"10\">Railhead Park (picnic area)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-success\">Auburn Free T&#8217;ai Chi meets EVERY week. We practice on nice days, foggy days, cold days, rainy days, holidays, snow days (assuming your transportation is safe), The practice even happens when none of the leaders are able to make it, simply DYI with your cohorts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dress<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dress for the weather. Comfortable fit that allows free movement of the arms and legs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indoor sessions are practiced in socks or bare footed. Raised heal shoes are discouraged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please leave your cell phone in the car or powered off. If each person in the class only received one call a year during class then most every class would be disturbs by someone thoughtlessness. Be mindful, that is <em>T&#8217;ai Chi<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cost<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We call our group&nbsp;<strong><em>Auburn <\/em><\/strong><em><strong>Free<\/strong><\/em><strong><em> T\u2019ai Chi<\/em>&nbsp;<\/strong>because there is not cost to the participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The sessions held at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.auburnseniorcenter.com\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.auburnseniorcenter.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Auburn Senior Center <\/a>have a fee imposed by the Center.
